What are your reception hours?
Our current reception hours are 8.00am – 7.30pm. If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
What happens if I need to check in after hours?

What is your pet policy?
Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities. Please call to book if you are travelling with pets.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have free, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a laundry room with tap-and-go washing machines and dryers. Laundry powder is also available for purchase from the kiosk in our laundry room.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa, as well as EFTPOS in-park. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. We do not accept cash. Being a cashless park helps us provide faster, more secure transactions and creates a safer environment for our staff and guests by removing the need to hold cash on-site.
