What are your reception hours?
Our standard reception hours are 8.30am – 7.30pm, with hours extended to 8.00am – 8.00pm in summer. If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
What happens if I need to check in after-hours?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa, as well as EFTPOS in-park. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. We do not accept cash. Being a cashless park helps us provide faster, more secure transactions and creates a safer environment for our staff and guests by removing the need to hold cash on-site.
What is your cancellation policy?

What is your pet policy?
Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with prior permission from the managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have free, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a laundry room with tap-and-go washing machines and dryers. Laundry powder is also available for purchase from the kiosk in our laundry room.
