You'll be a stroll from Kaikōura's cafes, shops and coastline, and a short drive from the Peninsula Walkway and the seal colony at Point Kean. Whales, dolphins, seals and seabirds are all part of everyday life here.

What are your reception hours?
Our standard reception hours are 8.00am-7.30pm daily, extended to 8.00am-8.30pm in summer (December-February). If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged directly with the park.
What happens if I need to check in after-hours?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. We do not accept cash. Being a cashless park helps us provide faster, more secure transactions and creates a safer environment for our staff and guests by removing the need to hold cash on-site.
What is your cancellation policy?

What is your pet policy?
Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with prior permission from the managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, we have free, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the park.

Yes, we have a laundry room with tap-and-go washing machines and dryers.
