What are your reception hours?
Our current reception hours are 8.00am-8.00pm. If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
What happens if I need to check in after-hours?
No problem — we have a late arrival process. Contact us in advance and we'll leave your key in a secure after-hours box with clear instructions for finding your site or cabin.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the park.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a laundry room with tap-and-go washing machines and dryers. Laundry powder is also available for purchase from the kiosk in our laundry room.
What is your pet policy?
Sorry, we do not allow pets at our Wānaka holiday park.
What is available in the kitchen?
The kitchens are fully equipped with ovens, hobs, microwaves, toasters, hot water zip and fridge freezers. Both have indoor seating and TVs. We also have a vending machine and coffee machine available. Please note, cookware and crockery are not provided, but kitchen sets can be hired at reception.
