We had a really good stay here. Our room is spacious and has everything in it, not far from the playground and laundry, so convenient. We had booked a trike for the kids and they had fun. Unfortunately the weather was not very good then we didn’t book the wood fire hot tub, otherwise we would have another lovely experience. Our house is lovely, has floor heat, and sensible lights in the bathroom. So so nice for family with kids. It is also walking distance to the maze and golf, another place for kids fun. Really worth the money.

Everything was perfectttt! Clean room, shower and toilet! Felt like I stepped into an outdoor hotel! The only regret is I Wished I stayed longer than one night though!

The best bathrooms we've ever encountered are at Hanmer Top 10, warm underfloor heating and plenty of hot water plus double showers. Plus right next door to Hanmer Forest Dog Stream Walkways for exercising our beardie Loki! We can choose from asphalt or grass site depending on the weather.

Great spot near the thermal springs with mountain peak glimpses. Very clean toilet/shower booths with dual shower heads and heaps of space. We stayed near the playground on a bitumen site. I’d suggest staying further from the playground if you want a quieter spot. Not cheap for a powered site, but WELL worth it for the shower facility alone. I didn’t use their hot tubs, but they look very private and you can book for up to 5 people, with wine glasses, chilled water and towels. Awesome.

A great campsite just a close walk away from Hamner springs thermal pools and spa . Reception was very friendly .Great facilities including pizza ovens , and good laundry facilities . Amazing walks around the campsite too .

What are your reception hours?

Our standard reception hours are 8.30am-6pm daily (April to September), with hours extended to 8.30am-8pm October through March. If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.

What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

What happens if I need to check in after-hours?

If you know you will be arriving after hours, please let us know so we can make arrangements.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. We do not accept cash. Being a cashless park helps us provide faster, more secure transactions and creates a safer environment for our staff and guests by removing the need to hold cash on-site.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with prior permission from the managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we have free, unlimited Wi-Fi for guests.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have a laundry room with tap-and-go washing machines and dryers.
